Refund policy
Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our items, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except under specific circumstances. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.Â
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If something is damaged or not what you ordered:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at returns@shopgardenae.com.
- Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of:

- the item
- the inner and outer packaging
- the shipping label.
   3. Keep all packaging until we complete the claim. Once approved, we’ll offer
      one of the following at our discretion:

- a replacement of the same item (when possible), or
- a refund of the product price to your original payment method.
Returns Without Prior Authorization
Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving written approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If approved for a damaged/incorrect item, we will replace the item or issue a refund of the product price. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order.
Shipping Fees, Duties & Taxes
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping (when applicable) is paid by the customer.
- International duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not refunded by GardenAe; you may be able to seek reimbursement from your local customs authority.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect any authorized return or complete a damage claim, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, a refund of the product price will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Â
